Extremely professional service from start to finish. We were amazed with the 3-D presentation that incorporated a virtual representation of our project (to scale) and how close the final product resembled it upon completion. Our two-tiered patio (with a daunting 12 foot upper tier) has become a popular second living space for the entire family. Rich Castaldi was responsive to changes we made before and during the course of our installation, worked creatively to meet our budget, was always available via cell/email/text on a same-day basis and had an impeccable attention to detail. We also appreciated having only point of contact with the company for everything from irrigation to hardscaping. Pricing was surprisingly competitive given the quality of the work and we are eager for Elite Landscapes & Pools to return to our property this Spring to complete a a paver project in the front of our home.
